Garda vs. DMV

This morning Caitlin and I went to the Immigration office to get our residency cards to legally live here for the year.  We had one month to get all of our paperwork together and complete the application and surprisingly enough that is coming up fast! Some of the necessary paperwork had to be mailed to our new address and so we were waiting for its arrival, but as soon as it came we decided to get this done.

The wait was not fun, but I just kept reminding myself it could be the DMV and then it wasn't so bad. Once it was my turn, everything went very smoothly, and it is an incredible relief to have it done and off my plate!

I know that the rain is going to come, and plenty of it, but so far the weather has been gorgeous here every day! It is beautiful fall weather and I can't get enough of it.
