Back to Life

I'm back! Sorry for the hiatus of posts but I got sick and was unable to write anything. But, because I was sick there really was not much to tell.  However I can attest to the fact that being sick as an adult is significantly less fun than when you were a kid, because you cannot just put your life on pause and watch TV all day.

As much as I wanted to, I could not call in sick on the first day of classes! This week begins the first week of school and what is so cool is that over here the first week is "shopping week", and who doesn't love shopping?! Even though you are shopping for classes it is still great because it gives you a chance to try out all of the classes you think you want and make sure you are still interested after meeting the teacher and hearing the material.

I will give you an official list of what I am taking next week because I am still trying to figure it all out. I need to make sure the class is visiting student approved, Holy Cross approved, economics major approved, sociology major approved, common area requirement acceptable…there is a lot that goes in to it.  Not to mention all of the classes are at different times on different days and scheduling is a big factor too!

Keep your fingers crossed that everything works out the way I have it planned, which would mean no class on Thursday or Friday! I think I could get used to Wednesday night starting my weekend.
